The Finishing Touch — Weddings, Events, Design, Paperie

When our bride Jenn's mother and bridesmaids came to us looking for ideas for her bridal shower decor, the Design Team at our sister company The Finishing Touch Event Design was more than happy to help.  After discussing Jenn's interests and style with them, they put together one of their signature Decor Books to offer some inspiration and helped them find unique decor items.

The theme of the shower was Far East Exotic which incorporated Jenn's love of exotic decor, inspirational literature, and art.  The event was held at the Bonefish Grill in Secaucus, NJ.  Guests were greeted by a table featuring an adorable Balinese Festival Parasol and custom seating cards.  The seating cards were made of colorful inspirational quote cards from Tavis Smiley with tags with the guest name and tables printed on them. 

The reception tables were decorated with more Balinese Festival Parasols in Grass Green and White and Nepalese Lanterns handmade from Lokta Paper.  Each table was named after Jenn's favorite artists including Salvador Dali, Frida Kahlo, and Pablo Picasso.

Jenn was very surprised when she walked in to see her friends and family waiting to shower her with love and good wishes for her upcoming wedding.  She was also touched to know that her mother and bridesmaids put so much thought and time into making sure her shower was extra special and tailored to her.
