At The Finishing Touch we know that no two events, especially weddings, are the same. We have created two basic packages for your ease but our services are NEVER limited to these packages. More importantly, it is the unwritten that makes us different. In addition to those services listed, we will keep you informed of the latest trends assisting you in creating the perfect theme or style. We look forward to being part of your wedding journey and will be with you throughout the showers/parties, rehearsal and the wedding day, from the moment you slip on your gown until the final song is played. Full Service Coordination

Full service coordination will cover planning of your event from beginning to end. In addition to the specifics listed below, we understand that sometimes you need assistance with specified tasks and we are more than happy to customize your package to include any specific details that you need covered:

• Consultations to determine Clients’ needs
• Wedding Financial/Budget Planning
• Recommendations on reliable insured vendors
• Presentation of dated Wedding Checklist
• Concept/Theme development (Formality, Colors, etc.)
• Scheduling of all appointments
• Wedding Etiquette Assistance
• Research of Licensing Procedures
• Review of service provider contracts
• Assistance with Guest List and Guest/Table Seating
• Assistance with Menu planning
• Coordination of Invitation Stuffing/Mailing
• Assistance with out of town accommodations & hospitality gifts
• Presentation of Wedding Day Timeline
• On site coordination of Rehearsal, Ceremony and Reception

Wedding Day Coordination

Wedding Day coordination will allow you to be stress free and enjoy your day. It will include services a month(s) prior to the wedding to understand your visions and meet with your vendors. This is all to ensure that the day of your event goes off without a hitch:

• Engagement Party
  
  Congratulations! It is the celebration of your decision to spend the rest of your lives together. We are available to assist your family in planning this special party.
• Bachelor/Bachelorette Party
  
  The ‘final night of freedom’ is not always the vision that today’s Bride’s and Groom’s picture for their parties. We can work with your friends to plan an original ‘last hooray.’ Think spa, golf trips, Vegas! The possibilities are endless. But don’t worry; if the traditional Bachelor/Bachelorette Party is what you are looking for we can help with those details too.
• Bridal Shower
  
  This traditional gathering can be formal and elegant or as casual as you like. Do you like the idea of a wine and cheese gathering or are you into potluck and games? We will be there to recommend the perfect location and vendors and ensure that the day runs smoothly.
• Bridal Party Luncheon
  
  Don't forget those special people who have stood by you throughout so many special moments, including the most important day yet. Let us help you plan and execute a luncheon that will truly say Thank you!
• Rehearsal Dinner
  
  Whether it be an intimate dinner with bridal party and family or a large pre-celebration with your out of town guests, we will be happy to help you select the perfect location and work with you on all details including menu selection, transportation, gifts, etc.
• Weekend activities for out of town guests
  
  We know that you care about your guests; how they will arrive, how they will return home, and most importantly what they will do while they are there. We would love to help with all details of your guests' visit including travel, transportation, hotel reservations and activities. In addition, we can coordinate Welcome gifts (baskets, bags, etc.) being delivered to all of your guests.
• Honeymoon planning
  
  Know where you are headed? We will gladly take care of all of your travel arrangements. We are Sandals Certified and would love to help you book your honeymoon.
